How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard equipment orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the weight and size of poles and crash mats, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Can I return apparel or grip aids if they don't fit?
Unworn apparel with original tags may be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, grip aids, body adhesives, and used chalk products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping for competition gear?
Yes, we ship our competition-grade hardware and accessories worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes upon arrival.
